Rebecca Delaney is a Director of Facilities Production Design and Engineering at Rivian, where they lead a diverse team to design and engineer the company's global production facilities with an emphasis on innovation and cost-efficiency. Previously, they served as an Associate Director at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, managing mechanical and electrical design for significant projects and impacting 30 million square feet of built environments annually. From 2010 to 2014, Rebecca was a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Primera Engineers, leading HVAC design and sustainability efforts. They began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Buro Happold, where they developed HVAC systems for international projects. Rebecca holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
