Joe DeGuzman, MBA, is an experienced professional in field service operations and management, currently serving as the Regional Senior Manager of Field Service Operations at Rivian since March 2023. Prior to Rivian, Joe held significant roles at Tesla from January 2019 to March 2023 as the Regional Manager for Sales, Service, and Delivery, and also worked in Service Operations at CarMax from November 2015 to January 2019. Joe's career includes experience as a Store Manager at Starbucks and Ross Stores, Inc., as well as an Executive Team Leader in Logistics at Target. Joe obtained a Master of Business Administration in Management from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
