Erick Del Rincón is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the industrial automation industry. They have held positions such as Senior Controls Engineer at Fletcher Group Automation Inc. from 2019 to 2022, and currently serve as Manager of Automation Controls Engineering at Rivian since 2025. Previously, they were the Automation Manager and Project Manager at proAutomation from 2018 to 2019.
