Alison Loomis is currently the Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment at Rivian, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as Senior Counsel at Airgas from 2022 to 2024 and gained extensive experience at Seyfarth Shaw LLP from 2011 to 2022 as an Associate and later as an Employment Consultant and Attorney-Trainer. Alison also worked as a Legal Intern for the Honorable James Flannery in 2008 and as a Compliance Officer at Vision Financial Markets LLC from 2005 to 2007. They earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and English from the University of Michigan and their Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law.
