Tracy Ellen Goodale is a creative producer and wellness professional with a diverse background in media and fitness. After several years in the corporate world, including roles at Energy BBDO and Advocate Health Care, Tracy transitioned into the fitness industry, becoming a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher and an aerial fitness instructor. Currently, Tracy teaches at Ritual Hot Yoga and manages social media for AIR® Aerial Fitness while blending creativity and mindfulness in every endeavor. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television Production and Directing from Columbia College Chicago.
