Cindy LaMantia is the President of Risk Program Administrators and has 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in management and public sector relations. They lead the Great Lakes region, overseeing over 300 professionals across five states, and have developed numerous alternative risk finance programs. Cindy is recognized for building lasting relationships within the public risk community and has successfully guided the creation of more than 25 public sector pools. They earned a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
