Samantha Higbee is an experienced professional in land acquisition and entitlement, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition & Entitlement at New Home Co. since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Land Acquisition and Land Acquisition Manager at D.R. Horton, and various leadership positions in land acquisition and finance at Lafferty Communities, Van Daele Homes, Handy & Reagan LLC, Meritage Homes, John Laing Homes, and Beazer Homes. Samantha co-founded Bridgetown Diversified, LLC, focusing on urban development and renewable energy projects. Samantha holds both a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
