Paul Holland is currently the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive and has held the position of Senior Manager for Government Relations at Rio Tinto from 2021 to 2025. Previously, Paul served as the Director of the International Security Division at the Department of Foreign from 2020 to 2021 and acted in the same role at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade between 2014 and 2015. Paul began their career as a Sports Journalist at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation from 2002 to 2004 and is currently a Non-Resident Fellow at The University of Western Australia in 2023.
