Seth Muller is an experienced Emergency Manager with a strong background in public safety, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University. Currently, Seth serves as the President/Chairman of the Board of Directors for Leadership Sandoval and the Law Enforcement/Military Range Director for the Del Norte Gun Club. In past roles, Seth has contributed significantly as the Director of Emergency Management for the County of Valencia and as an Adjunct Instructor for NIMS and ICS trainings. With proficiency in crisis management and business continuity, Seth continues to lead initiatives that enhance community safety and preparedness.
