Lucas Haenni is an experienced and business-minded corporate lawyer specializing in M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, particularly within the digital media, marketplaces, and entertainment industries. They served as General Counsel at Renova from 2008 to 2010 and held various roles at Walder Wyss Ltd. and Walder Wyss AG before joining Ringier AG as Senior Counsel Corporate/M&A in 2016.
