Dawn Cayetano is an accomplished recruitment specialist with over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving at RingCentral since March 2022, Dawn manages full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles and engages stakeholders through collaborative kickoff meetings. Previously at ARTHALAND, Dawn fulfilled staffing needs across multiple departments and administered internship initiatives. Experience also includes operating as a business owner, where marketing strategies were developed and social media engagement was managed. Prior roles at SGV & Co. involved benefits administration and human resources support, while an internship at the Office of the Senate President of the Republic of the Philippines provided foundational experience.
