Massimiliano Boldetti is currently the Head of Soft Product Development at RIMOWA, where they oversee the development of all soft products. Previously, they held various roles at Samsonite from 2010 to 2020, including Technical & QA Manager and Senior Pattern Maker Manager. Their career began at Serapian Milano, where they worked as a Leather Goods Worker from 1991 to 2000, and they also gained experience as a Pattern Maker at Bally from 2001 to 2003. Massimiliano earned a CAD Systems degree from ARS ARPEL SCHOOL in 2005 and completed a course in Leading Change at SDA Bocconi in 2015.
