Matt Herridge is currently the Head of Reward and People Analytics at Rightmove, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked at Trustpilot as the Head of Reward & People Analytics from 2022 to 2024. Before that, Matt held various roles at FIT Remuneration Consultants LLP, including Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst, from 2019 to 2022. Matt earned a Master's Degree in Mathematics with First Class honors from the University of East Anglia between 2010 and 2014. Matt's foundational education was completed at Bishop Wordsworth's Grammar School from 2002 to 2009.
