Jean Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at FOX Factory since March 2022, Jean has previously held roles such as Lean Coordinator at Victaulic, where responsibilities included the deployment of Lean Manufacturing systems and safety initiatives. In a notable tenure from January 2011 to December 2017, Jean was involved with Sorella Cycling, first as Vice President and then President, contributing to the club's strategic growth and managing a race team. Prior experience includes significant positions at Corning Incorporated, where Jean led various initiatives in performance excellence and daily operations, along with earlier roles at American Video Glass Company focusing on technical leadership and process engineering. Jean holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from Virginia Tech.
