Gamze Sauzeat is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Research & Development at rhode skin since May 2024. Prior to this role, Gamze held the position of SVP of Product Research and Development at Beautycounter from March 2018 to May 2024, where leadership included overseeing R&D, product development, and packaging development teams. Key achievements at Beautycounter involve scaling the R&D team and establishing an in-house R&D lab. Previous experience encompasses a consulting role at Cosmetix Design and various R&D chemist positions at The Hain Celestial Group, Schwarzkopf & Henkel, and Raffaello Research Labs. Gamze holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Istanbul Technical University and further pursued studies at UC San Diego.
