Delba Lara is a seasoned Supply Chain Senior Manager with extensive experience in planning, national and international transportation, and operations. They have actively contributed to the implementation of innovative projects in Supply Chain and co-founded the Diversity Committee at RHI Magnesita Brazil. Delba has managed logistics processes across South and North America, demonstrating strong leadership skills while overseeing a team of approximately 200 individuals. With a background in Civil/Production Engineering and a degree in Financial Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, Delba is committed to people development, innovation, and process improvement.
