The Therapeutic and Wellness Team at RFRSH is dedicated to optimizing the mental and physical well-being of esports athletes. The Team Doctor oversees overall health; the Body SDS Therapist focuses on physical therapy and stress relief; the Clinical Dietician ensures balanced nutrition; the Physical Coach & Therapist enhances physical fitness and recovery; and the Team Psychologist provides mental health support and performance coaching. Together, they ensure athletes are in peak condition to deliver their best performance.
