Neeta H has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at RFIC since December 2023. Previously, Neeta held the position of Lead Talent Acquisition at Cientra from February 2022 to September 2023, and served as HR Manager at RFIC Solutions, Inc. from January 2014 to January 2022. Neeta's career began as a Technical Support Executive at Reliance Communication Limited from October 2006 to September 2008, followed by a role as a Lecturer at Nagpur University from September 2008 to September 2014. Neeta holds dual MBA degrees in Human Resources from Nagpur University and RTMNU University, as well as a Master's in Electronics from Nagpur University.
