Stephen McCormick is an experienced Commercial and Product leader currently serving as the Head of Mortgage Performance and Growth Europe at Revolut, where they lead the strategy for mortgage market entry and growth across European markets. Previously, they held the position of Commercial Director at Avant Money, where they successfully developed a market-leading mortgage proposition and established significant partnerships. Stephen's earlier roles include managing restructuring plans for corporate customers at RBS and leading product management at Ulster Bank. A graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and Queens University, Stephen possesses a strong foundation in finance and product management within the financial services industry.
