Francesca Carlesi is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Revolut Bank UK, a position they have held since 2023. They co-founded and served as CEO of Molo Finance from 2017 to 2023, during which time they also held a non-executive director role at Italgas. Prior to these positions, Francesca was Managing Director and Chief of Staff at Deutsche Bank and gained significant experience at McKinsey & Company, Barclays, and Bridgepoint. They possess a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and have participated in leadership training at Harvard University.
