José Rozas is the CTO and co-founder of Retina Lab, where they have been leading the company since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a project engineer at D'E Capital from 2019 to 2021 and gained experience in automation engineering at Dalca Innova from 2018 to 2019. José also completed a professional internship at Wenu Work in 2017, focusing on data processing and hardware implementation. They earned their degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2019.
