Eric Tabora is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations and support. Currently serving as a Senior Leader in IT Operations at Restoration Hardware since April 2016, Eric oversees the IT Desktop Support Team, focusing on IT service management and vendor relationships for a global workforce. Eric has held various positions at Restoration Hardware, including managing ITSM strategies using ServiceNow and providing Tier 3 support for over 500 devices. Prior experience includes roles at BizMacs, Inc. as an IT Technician, Apple as a Technical Expert, and various creative positions in videography and graphic design.
