Frank D'Elia is an experienced franchise and operations professional with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Area Franchise Lead for Tim Hortons in the East and Central Regions at Restaurant Brands International since February 2022, Frank also holds the title of Franchise Business Partner for Burger King in the Northeast.
