Bikram Sarkar has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Bikram started their career in 2013 as a Contact Center Agent for a UK-based Telecommunication Client, where they handled customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. Bikram then worked as a Contact Center Specialist, providing technical support for broadband service. In 2015, they moved to a dedicated L2 team, addressing and resolving customer complaints related to broadband, landline, and invoices. In 2017, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Sr. Service Desk Analyst, providing technical support to B2B customers. Bikram later became a Tier 2 Customer Resolution Desk analyst, receiving spot awards for resolving long-standing issues.

In 2019, Bikram joined Dell Technologies as a Technical Support Specialist, assisting North American customers with software and hardware issues. Bikram gained expertise in troubleshooting Windows 10, Microsoft Office installations/configurations, and antivirus installations.

In 2020, Bikram joined Wise Men Consultants as a Sr. Project Associate. Bikram worked as a Project Coordinator, handling incident and change management using ServiceNow ITSM and Autosys Job scheduling tools. Bikram also focused on drafting notifications for high visibility changes and handling priority incidents.

Currently, Bikram works as a Sr. Software Engineer at Resolve Tech Solutions, following the acquisition of Wise Men Consultants. Their responsibilities remain the same as before.

Throughout their career, Bikram acquired skills in IT operations, application management, IT infrastructure monitoring, and customer service. Bikram has demonstrated strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills. Bikram is also proficient in various tools and technologies such as ServiceNow ITSM, SFDC, RAT (Remote Access Tool), and SAP CRM.

Bikram Sarkar is currently pursuing a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Online Program at the University of Mysore, starting in 2022 and expected to complete in 2024. Alongside this, they also attended the Caltech Postgraduate Program in DevOps (Online) Program, delivered by Simplilearn, from 2022 to 2023. In this program, their field of study included IT Operations, Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, and GitHub.

Prior to these online programs, Bikram Sarkar completed a Bachelor's degree from Siliguri College Of Commerce, where they studied Computer Application, Statistics, Business Administration, and Management and Operations from 2009 to 2012.

Additionally, Bikram Sarkar has obtained various certifications throughout their education journey. These certifications include "Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" from Coursera in February 2023, "Identifying and Resolving Application Latency for Site Reliability Engineers" from Coursera in February 2023, "Getting Started with Golang on Google Cloud" from Google in April 2022, "The Cybersecurity Threat Landscape" from LinkedIn in March 2022, "Developing a Google SRE Culture" from Coursera in February 2022, "Azure Cloud Concepts" from Udemy in April 2019, and "Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine: Foundations" from Coursera (exact date undisclosed).
