Tara Wilson is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various senior HR roles across multiple organizations. At Resolution Life, Tara served as Chief Human Resources Officer and was also Interim Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Talent and Culture from July 2022 to September 2024. Prior experience includes HR Lead Partner and HR Business Partner positions at Spark New Zealand from February 2019 to June 2022, as well as a Senior HR Business Partner role at Taylor & Francis Group and Vodafone. Earlier in the career, Tara was an HR Business Partner at Virgin Media. Tara holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from London South Bank University.
