The Property Management team at Reside Living is dedicated to delivering an exceptional living experience for residents across 3,000 multifamily apartments in Chicago's premier neighborhoods. Team members, including Leasing Specialists, Central Renewal Specialists, and Concierges, focus on building strong relationships with residents, managing lease agreements, facilitating renewals, ensuring smooth application and collection processes, and providing top-notch customer service. Led by the Vice President of Residential Property Management, the team works collaboratively to create a welcoming and inclusive community while adhering to the company's values of integrity, respect, and innovation.

The Engineering and Maintenance team at Reside Living is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and upkeep of our multifamily apartment properties. This team includes roles such as the Director of Engineering, Chief Engineers, Building Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians, all of whom work collectively to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and infrastructure. They ensure that our properties meet high standards of quality and provide reliable and comfortable living spaces for our residents, all while embodying our core values of integrity, respect, and collaboration.

Engineering and Maintenance
