Mike Kaelin serves as the EVP and Chief Operating Officer at RTI International since January 2007, responsible for implementing the North Star Strategy and overseeing various corporate functions including strategy and development. With a robust history in finance, Mike has held multiple roles within RTI, including Chief Financial, Strategy and Transformation Officer and EVP and CFO, where responsibilities expanded to supply chain, IT, and corporate development, driving growth for a $1B+ research institute. Prior experience includes positions as VP-CFO at Misys Healthcare Systems and CFO at Channel Master, demonstrating a strong track record in transforming finance functions and enhancing operational performance across diverse sectors. Mike began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has accumulated extensive experience in financial management and strategy throughout multiple organizations. An alumnus of Davis & Elkins College, Mike holds a BS in Accounting and Finance.
