Katherine (Kate) Wood is a seasoned Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RTI International, where they lead strategic people initiatives for the International Development Group. With a background in recruitment and talent acquisition spanning over a decade at RTI, Kate has significantly influenced workforce development within complex, regulated environments. They co-founded Global Health Narratives for Change, serving as Director of Operations, and previously held recruitment leadership roles at Teach For America. Kate earned a BA from Davidson College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
