Richard Beaton is an experienced Drilling Consultant with extensive operational expertise in the North Sea and internationally. They trained in the North Sea and worked for Texaco for ten years as a Petroleum Engineer and Offshore Drilling Supervisor. Since 1990, Richard has worked as a Drilling Consultant for several operators worldwide, holding positions such as Senior Drilling Engineer, Drilling Superintendent, and Drilling Manager. Their project experience spans locations including Tunisia, Kuwait, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Australia, with involvement in all types of drilling, completions, and well intervention activities. Currently, Richard serves as the Drilling and Completions Manager at Repsol.
