Karen R. Paulon CMP serves as the Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Pier House Resort and Spa and La Concha Hotel, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection in Key West, Florida. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, they have previously held leadership roles at Marriott International, Waterford Hotel Group, and several other renowned hotel brands, where they excelled in driving revenue growth and implementing innovative sales strategies. Karen has been recognized for exceptional leadership multiple times, including being named DOSM of the year for Marriott Resort Destination Hotels. They are currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
