Mahmudur R. has been working in the IT industry since 2017. Mahmudur began their career as a DevOps Engineer at TVSL - Tech Valley Solutions Ltd. in 2017. Later that same year, they joined NGEN IT as a Site Reliability Engineer. In 2020, they began working as a System Administrator, DevOps at ReliSource.

Mahmudur R. holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Communication Engineering from East West University and a Master of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Jagannath University, Dhaka. Mahmudur has also obtained several certifications, including a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) from The Linux Foundation in November 2022, a Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in December 2021, an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate from Linux Academy in July 2019, an HPE Linux Solution Qualification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in March 2018, a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) from Red Hat in March 2018, and a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) from Red Hat in January 2018.
