Soo-Yeun Lim has extensive experience in corporate law and finance, beginning with participation in GE's financial leadership program from August 2003 to July 2005, focusing on various finance projects. From October 2008 to August 2018, Soo-Yeun served at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, advising clients across diverse industries on corporate governance, securities offerings, and M&A transactions. Subsequently, Soo-Yeun held multiple roles in oncology-focused companies, including Corporate Counsel at AVEO Oncology and Vice President, Corporate Legal at Relay Therapeutics, overseeing corporate legal matters and strategic financing. Most recently, from May 2025, Soo-Yeun has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Yonsei University and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law.
