Paulo Moreira currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Development Operations at Relay Therapeutics, a position held since October 2024. Moreira has an extensive academic role as a Visiting Scholar and Lecturer at Boston College Connell School of Nursing since March 2004. Prior to this, Moreira held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations & Clinical Business Operations at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals from December 2021 to October 2024, and Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Operations at Agenus between February 2019 and December 2021. Additionally, Moreira worked as an Independent Consultant from August 2018 to February 2019 and spent over 18 years at EMD Serono, Inc., where roles included Vice President of Global Clinical Operations, Vice-President of US Clinical Operations, and Global Head of Clinical Strategic Partnering.
