Agata Szpakowska is an experienced operations manager currently leading the Operations department at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health since February 2021. With a strong background in project management and business development, Agata has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, managing a team of 90 agents and 5 team managers while ensuring excellent customer service across multiple channels. Previous roles include business development specialist at Grown Alchemist and eCommerce project management at Competence Call Center, where Agata was responsible for coordinating project execution, budgeting, and performance management. Agata's career also includes management positions at MANGO, East, and Austin Reed Group. Agata holds a Master's degree in Economic Assessment and Functioning of Enterprises from the University of Gdansk and a diploma in Domestic and Foreign Tourism from the Post secondary School of Tourism in Gdansk.
