Bogdan Nicule is an Associate Director of Product Software Engineering at Regnology, where they are responsible for the creation and launch of the IRRBB product while coordinating 87 team members across three core teams. With over two decades of experience in software development and management, Bogdan has held various positions including Senior Project Manager at Endava, where they initiated an Agile transformation, and Delivery Director at ISDC, where they successfully reduced attrition. They have a strong background in project and product management, having won a Gold Award at VMworld in 2013 for Business Continuity Architect. Bogdan holds bachelor's degrees in Information Technology and Romanian-English from Technical University of Cluj Napoca and "Babes-Bolyai" University, respectively.
