Russ Fallis possesses extensive experience in corporate banking and finance, highlighted by roles as Vice President at Fifth Third Bank and HSBC, as well as Director of Supply Chain Finance at Wells Fargo. Fallis also held a significant position at Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, where responsibilities included structuring leveraged finance transactions and conducting financial analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director at Regions Bank, Fallis focuses on originating syndicated loans and advising on capital structures. With a strong academic background including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Richmond and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University, Fallis is also certified under Series 79 and 63. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche and as a Consultant & Auditor for the Auditor of Public Accounts in Virginia.
