Michelle Caldwell Spencer, ACC, has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having served as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at FedEx Express Corporation from 2000 to 2002, specializing in the selection process for multiple stations and airport ramps across three southeastern states.
