Kathleen McFarlin is currently the Supervisor of the Comfort Connection Family Resource Center at the Regional Center of Orange County, a position they have held since 2012. Previously, Kathleen served as the Director of Programs & Therapy Services at United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County from 1993 to 2012.
