Taylor Vaughan serves as the Vice President and Market Officer for Regency Centers since April 2024, overseeing strategic and financial planning for the Southern California Upper region, which includes 30 open-air and mixed-use shopping centers totaling 4 million square feet. This role encompasses asset management, operations, and leasing, with responsibilities in NOI/P&L management, financial budgeting, tenant coordination, marketing, property management, and legal matters. Prior to Regency Centers, Taylor held the position of Vice President of Leasing for Kimco Realty Corporation from July 2021 to March 2024 and served as Vice President, Regional Leasing Director for Weingarten Realty Investors from February 2009 to June 2021. The career began at Barclay Group as a Senior Associate in Leasing from August 2005 to January 2009. Taylor Vaughan graduated from The University of Kansas.
