Jerrod Grahn is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Refined Technologies since June 2023. Previously, Jerrod held various roles at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, including Operations Excellence Specialist and Day Foreman from March 2021 to July 2023, and Operations Shift Supervisor from January 2019 to January 2021. With a long tenure at Andeavor, Jerrod contributed as an Operating Engineer from August 2010 to July 2023.
