Tim Beech is a Partner at Reed Smith LLP, where they lead the Asia-Pacific Corporate Trust & Agency practice. They advise corporate trustee and agent clients on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, leveraging extensive experience in areas such as defaults, restructurings, and structured finance. Prior to their current role, Tim served as a Joint Managing Partner at A&O Shearman and Allen & Overy, where they also headed the same practice. Tim holds a PgDL and LPC from the University of Law and a BSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Durham.
