Heather Lowe is currently the Director of Compensation, Benefits, & HRIS at Redwood Living, where they design strategic compensation, benefits, and payroll systems. They previously held positions as Payroll Manager and Payroll Supervisor at Redwood Living, and worked as an HRIS Administrator and Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Hyland. Heather has also served as a Finance and Operations Coordinator at Menlo Park Academy, and as a Compliance Analyst/Fund Accountant at KeyBank. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kent State University.
