Jeff Knisley is the Founder and CEO of NeXT Sales Shift and currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at REDspace. With a sales career beginning at age 19, Jeff rapidly advanced to high-level positions, including VP of Sales for a $3 billion company and roles at Yellow Pages Group and Postmedia Network, significantly transforming sales strategies and driving revenue growth. In addition to leading sales transformations for various organizations, Jeff co-hosts the podcast "Knisley’s Corner" and mentors aspiring sales professionals. Educated in Management Training & Development at Conestoga College, Jeff is also involved in enhancing HR and culture advisory practices as Managing Director at Waterstone Human Capital.
