Philippa Weston is a Partner at Pencarrow Private Equity, where they previously held the role of Investment Director. Philppa has extensive experience in leadership positions, including serving as Chair of NZ Private Capital and RedShield, and has directed multiple companies, such as BeGroup New Zealand Limited and solarcity New Zealand. They contributed to the growth of Kiwibank’s wealth management division as Head of Investments and led teams at AMP Capital New Zealand as Chief Operating Officer. Currently, Philippa is pursuing a dual degree in Law and Commerce at Victoria University of Wellington.
