Katerina Smith is an experienced professional in project management and digital operations, currently serving as a Development Project Manager at redPanda Software since September 2025. Prior to this role, Katerina held multiple positions at Kurtosys, progressing from Operational Excellence Manager to Senior Project Manager from March 2021 to July 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Partnerships Project Manager at UBU International and Digital Project Manager at Arora Online. Katerina has also worked in various capacities at Associated Media Publishing, Creative Spark, Liquorice DigitasLBi, Rogerwilco, Arc South Africa, and Quartz Business Media, showcasing a strong background in digital project management and account management. Katerina holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of West Bohemia and a High School diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from a Business Academy in the Czech Republic.
