Michaela Lichtinger is currently the Executive Operations Director at Redis, where they have been integral to the leadership team since 2025. Previously, they served as an Executive Operations Manager at Redis from 2023 to 2025 and as a Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Operations Manager in the Office of the CEO at Five9 from 2018 to 2020. Michaela began their career as an Executive Assistant in the Office of the Chairman & CEO at Cisco from 2011 to 2015. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Otis College of Art and Design and are currently pursuing another Bachelor of Fine Arts at London Metropolitan University.
