Doug Allen is the Sales Director for the Central Region at Red Hat, where they lead a team focused on sales, customer success, and deployment of solutions to large enterprises. Previously, they held roles at Red Hat as Senior Manager of Solution Architecture and Enterprise Account Executive, along with leadership positions at Farm Bureau Financial Services and IBM. Doug is also dedicated to mentoring early-stage companies through volunteer roles with various accelerators. They are currently advancing their education at Drake University and the University of Iowa while holding degrees in Business Administration and Computer Maintenance Technology from Indian Hills Community College.
