Megan Mantelli is currently the Manager of the People Advisor Team at Red Robin, where they continue to demonstrate their outgoing and motivated nature. Previously, they held various positions at Red Robin from 2016 to 2022, including roles as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor and HR Generalist, where they collaborated with multiple teams to manage employee relations and project deployments. Megan also gained valuable experience as an Associate Project Manager within the HR and Legal vertical and was part of the core team for implementing a Human Capital Management system. They are pursuing a degree at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to be completed in 2025.
