Korri Oray, SPHR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as a People Advisor (HR Investigations Partner) at Red Robin since October 2017. In previous roles at Red Robin, Korri led a team of recruiters and coordinators, managed vendor relationships, and connected Restaurant Managers with career opportunities across the United States. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DSI ®, where Korri managed the full-cycle talent acquisition process, and as a Recruiter at H&R Block, focusing on hiring top talent for both field and corporate operations. At Cerner Corporation, Korri held the position of Operations Leader and Recruiter, managing a team of administrative assistants and overseeing associate development. Korri's educational background includes an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Park University.
