Training Services Manager

Bret Killus serves as a Senior Restaurant Manager at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since October 2015, overseeing daily operations, managing safety protocols, and enhancing team performance through mentoring and team-building exercises. Concurrently, Bret has worked as a Training Services Manager at Red Robin since June 2014, focusing on both back-of-house and front-of-house daily operations. Prior experience includes Kitchen Manager and FOH Manager roles at Fox & Hound Sports Tavern, where Bret successfully rebuilt kitchen operations and introduced a new menu, and at Applebee's, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and staff assignments. Bret holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Illinois University, completed in 1994.
